Arcadia B&B is part of Solaio, a charming hamlet of Pietrasanta, in the historic Versilia region—that has grown alongside our own roots over the centuries.
We offer the warm embrace of stone walls, ceilings with hand-hewn beams, wrought-iron beds and antique furnishings, all elements that allow guests at Arcadia B&B to breathe in the tranquility and familial warmth of a bygone era.
Set in grounds nestled among olive trees and bordered by a gentle stream, our B&B preserves an atmosphere of the past while offering all modern comforts.
The location
Located just 15 minutes from the beaches of Forte dei Marmi and at the foot of the Apuan Alps, home to the famous marble quarries that have so deeply shaped the culture and history of Versilia, Arcadia B&B offers guests the pleasure of choosing between the allure of the sea and the quiet serenity of mountain landscapes.
The town centers of Seravezza and Pietrasanta are just a 5-minute drive away.
Furthermore, the art cities of Massa, Carrara, Lucca, and Pisa are all easily accessible in under an hour. Florence is only 105 kilometers away!
Access from the airport
Traveling from Pisa International Airport (PSA) to L’Arcadia B &B in Pietrasanta is quick and straightforward. You can easily reach our property by car or public transport.

By Car (Recommended)
Driving is the most convenient way to reach us. It allows you to explore the Versilia coast at your own pace.
- Fastest Route (via A12 / E80): Take the A12/E80 Highway direction North.
- Highway Exit: Exit at Versilia.
- Local Roads: Follow signs for Pietrasanta via Via Crociale and Via Provinciale Vallecchia.
- Arrival: Turn onto Via Solaio, 67/c to arrive at the B&B.
- Tolls: Please note this highway route requires toll payments.
- Scenic Route: You can avoid tolls by taking the SS1 (Via Aurelia).
By Public Transport
You can easily reach Pietrasanta using the local train network. Because our B&B is located in a peaceful area up the hillside, we recommend taking a short taxi ride once you arrive at the train station.
- Step 1 (PisaMover): Take the PisaMover shuttle from the airport terminal to Pisa Centrale Train Station. Shuttles run every few minutes.
- Step 2 (Train): Catch a regional train (REG) heading toward La Spezia Centrale or Cisa. Alight at the Pietrasanta station.
- Step 3 (Station to B&B): We recommend hiring a local taxi directly outside the Pietrasanta train terminal for the final leg to Via Solaio.

Amazing accommodation with super pleasant and friendly hosts!
This peaceful property has a beautiful garden and a family owned house that is located up in the hills of Pietrasanta. There is a private parking on the property and it takes about 6-7 minutes of driving to the city center, which is great. The hosts (Valentino, Laurela and others) are amazing and they make you feel like you’re staying at your friend’s house! On top of everything, I have to say that breakfast in the garden was a special part of the day, and the food and coffee were great!

A Haven of Spectacular Tranquillity
This is an exceptional property managed by Valentino, who, together with his wife Lorella, are superb hosts.The gardens are a real haven of tranquility. Another advantage is that the restored manor house has a separate first class and very good value restaurant, la Locanda di Bruno, in the basement. The property is 1.4km uphill from the small village of Vallecchia which also has a small local restaurant, Bar Popolo, opening Mondays when Locanda is closed.
